Hydration sticker

While summer is a great time to enjoy the outdoors and stay active, rising temperatures also increase the risk of dehydration and heat stroke.

To support teens in staying hydrated while enjoying outdoor activities, we developed the Hydration Sticker—a simple visual reminder that encourages you to drink water throughout the day.

Our stickers have been distributed worldwide. See how others are using their Hydration Stickers to stay hydrated!

Situation

According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, the average daily fluid intake is about 3.7 liters (125 ounces) for men and 2.7 liters (91 ounces) for women. Are you drinking enough water each day?  Between busy schedules, school, work, and daily activities, it's easy to forget to drink enough water. Staying hydrated helps regulate body temperature, support brain function, improve energy levels, and keep your body functioning at its best.

How to use

  1. Simply apply the sticker to your thermal water bottle!
  2.  As you carry your bottle throughout the day, the sticker serves as a visual reminder to stay hydrated.
  3. When the day gets hotter and the risk of dehydration increases, the sticker turns from purple to blue, signaling that it's time to take a sip and make sure you're drinking enough water.
  4. Stay hydrated, and enjoy!
