TEACH is a community health education initiative founded by Vivien, a Freedom High School student from Oakley, California, and run by volunteers. We are committed to improving equity in education and health to teens by providing accurate, evidence-based resources.
Our leadership members also serve as the East Contra Costa County Youth Advisory Council and Youth Curriculum Review Team for high school fentanyl awareness education. (AB2429)

Vivien is a junior at Freedom High School in California. She is passionate about science and medicine. She founded this initiative after developing medical conditions that impacted her academic and athletic life, inspiring her to support and empower youth in the community. Amadeus is a junior at Freedom High School in California. He has been a member of the FHS Tobacco Use Prevention Education (TUPE) since sophomore year, and is a member of the Latinos Unidos club. He is interested in the youth community and government. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and listening to music.
