To support teens in staying hydrated while enjoying outdoor activities, we created the color-changing Hydration Sticker! It is a visual reminder that encourages you to drink water throughout the day.

We will be holding our 1st International High School Forum! Join high school students from around the world to share your culture, explore new perspectives, and make new connections.

We earned national recognition as one of 2,793 Ambassador-level honorees by the United Nations Association of the U.S.A. This honor recognizes students who completed more than 100 hours of community service through activities following the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) during the school year.

We are committed to advocating for evidence-based health communication and addressing misinformation in science and medicine. False or misleading information is harmful, even when it is shared without this intent. Today, especially through social media, misinformation spreads faster and farther than ever.

Ready to make a difference? Want to start your own project? Looking for leadership roles in your community?
Together, we can build healthier, more connected communities.
